Czabe, Ron Thomas and John Ronis visit chief design architect Andrew Green whose name is on the 18 month overhaul of a perennial Top-100 layout, the venerable Congressional CC. The boys get a hole-by-hole tour with Andrew, and retire to the stately Presidents room in the massive clubhouse to ask him the how and where and why of his redesign.
