So glad the pine-straw/ball moved controversy was strangled in its crib.

Hey Czabe..how much do you think Rose’s back “twinge/tweak” on his tee shot at 15 effected him? Sure seems like he was playing “stiff” afterwards.

Miss the morning show, mate. Cheers….

    Beautifully written Czabe.
I was able to go to Tuesday’s practice round. My first time at Augusta and it was just stunning. It won’t be my last. So happy for Sergio and you’re correct. It was deserved.

Czabe, couldn’t wait for your take on the Masters after “you know Sergio?” took the green jacket. Spot on observations and hilarious.

Steve, for a broadcaster, your writing is top-notch. Way above the usual “radio guy with a blog” standard. Must be all that sleep you’re getting in this stage of your career…

Well said, I think that summed up Sergio’s first Masters win pretty good. Thanks.

I actually sat down this year and watched the final round of The Masters, man, I’m glad I did. Such excitement. Not much of a golf guy but it was amazing.

I saw Sergio years ago playing with Rickie Fowler at a Fed Ex cup event. Sergio was walking down the hole, joking or something with Rickie waving his hands demonstably, and Rickie was nodding, laughing. Rickie setup for his shot & holed out for an eagle. As a golfer I couldn’t help but think how relaxed they both were….and golf is that way, you play your best totally relaxed. What I saw between Garcia and Rose this last Masters Sunday was the same thing, mutual respect, mutual passion for their sport. If only the rest of our country operated on the same respect and passion. That’s why that Masters was so addicting to watch.
