    Czabe, having waited almost FIFTY years between Blackhawks’ Stanley Cups, I am rooting for the Caps. Vegas is a nice story but , they can suffer for at least ONE more season before the hoist one, thank you.

    I understand your “Up 3-1” nevousness, as well.

    To quote from the movie PATTON: “All glory is fleeting”.

    The Blackhawks have gone from Cup Champions/Contenders to NHL: irrelevant in short order so, win it and enjoy it!

    PS: In the late 1960s and early 70s the Wirtz’s did INDEED not allow home broadcasts of the Blackhawk games to begin until after the end of the first period.
